Suzan Scott Opens at the Loft Gallery, April 8

Stamford, CT -- The Loft Gallery will host a collection of new works by Suzan Scott of Litchfield, Connecticut.

Suzan’s exhibit of atmospheric acrylic paintings, ‘(somewhere) between memory & intuition’, will be on view from April 8 through May 21.

An artist’s reception will be held on Saturday, April 8 from 4-6pm. Guests are invited to chat with the artists, browse stunning original works of art, and enjoy light refreshment. The reception is free and open to the community.

Suzan attended Central Connecticut State University, New Britain, CT, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Painting/Art History, and studied with artist, Zbigniew Grzyb.

Suzan has shown her work throughout Connecticut, as well as Maine, Maryland and Virginia, and she has received numerous awards. Her work can be found in several collections including the Cheshire Land Trust, Farmington Land Trust, Loomis Chaffee School, Martina Animal Sanctuary, UConn Storrs, Yale Art Place, Yale Medical Center, and numerous private collections.
