Kids’ Coding Classes: Java Script at Pequot Library, April 18

Southport, CT - Learn to code for free with Brain Boost of Fairfield at Pequot Library! Kids 9-13 explore and master the language of the web by creating animations and games. They will learn to code a project called "Animal" and a game called "Traffic Light.”

This class is a two-part series on Tuesdays, April 18 and 25, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. It is a great way to understand how games are made, strengthen problem solving skills, and learn to face new challenges head on. No prior experience is necessary; just bring yourself and a computer!

A limited number of computers are available to borrow during class time. Please indicate during registration if you would like to borrow a computer. To register for this free program, please call the Children’s Library at (203) 259-0346 ext. 16.

What is Brain Boost?

Brain Boost is an education center that specializes in Test Prep and STEM programs such as Math, Computers, and Robotics for children in Elementary School to High School.
