Fairfield Library Adds Bklyn Botanic Garden to Museum Pass Collection

Fairfield, Conn. - The Fairfield Public Library and Fairfield Woods Branch Library are now offering museum passes to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Fairfield Public Library.  This latest pass is one of nearly 50 museum passes available through the Library’s Museum Pass collection.

Located in the heart of Brooklyn, the 52-acre botanic garden features a rose garden, a Shakespeare garden, a fragrance garden, a wetland garden and a Japanese garden, to name a few of the attractions. The museum pass provides free admission for 2 adults as well as accompanying children under the age of 17.  It also gives a 10% discount at the café and shop.

Samples of other offerings in the Library’s Museum Pass collection include the American Museum of Natural History, the Guggenheim and the Museum of Modern Art in New York City; Connecticut art museums such as the Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art, the Bruce Museum, the New Britain Museum of American Art and the Wadsworth Atheneum; and a variety of other attractions like the Beardsley Zoo, the Mystic Aquarium, the Danbury Rail Museum, the Mark Twain House and the New England Air Museum.  For a full list of museum passes, visit the Library’s website at fairfieldpubliclibrary.org.

The Museum Pass collection is made possible through funding provided by the Friends of the Fairfield Public Library.
