"Expressions" Open Call to Artists

Rowayton, CT - The Rowayton Arts Center's next exhibit, “Expressions,” is a juried, open call for all artists. Art submission dates are September 25 and September 26. The show’s opening reception is Sunday, October 1 (4-6pm). Exhibition dates are October 1 to October 29. The exhibition chairs are Milan Chilla and Linda Francis. The judge is award-winning artist Rosemary Webber​ from Mystic, Connecticut.

It is open theme and open media. The Mavis Fenner Memorial Award ($250) will be awarded to Best in Show. For more information, see the prospectus.

Also coming up in October is a Craft Beer Event with beer from Charter Oak Brewing Company. It’s art, beer, brats and good cheer. For almost 60 years, the Rowayton Arts Center has been a cultural gem in the community. It is an exceptional gallery where regional artists may exhibit and sell their art as well as a wonderful venue for art workshops and classes.
