"Untold Stories Project" Opens at ArtSpace Gallery 1/23

The Untold Stories Project (USP), described by organizer Kristen Larson as a “week long event of being real, open, and challenging yourself in order to speed up the end of the way our culture handles deep seeded issues. IN A VERY FUN WAY!!!” will open January 23 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hartford ArtSpace Gallery, located at 555 Asylum Avenue.

Larson is also seeking “performers, artists, story tellers” and others to participate in the project, which runs through January 31.

USP features art by Corey Lynn Tucker Photography, Maurice Robertson, Gary Jacobs, Shannon Eckley, Erin Kuzmeskus - Art, Music, Yoga for a Happy Planet, Francine Beltempo, Nathan Markee, and Jonathan David Frechette. Musical performers scheduled for opening night are the Professors of Sweet, Sweet Music; Gypsy Jo Joanna Szymanski; and the Cody Bondra Band.
