Calling all ghosts and goblins, pirates and princesses! The Town of New Castle and Kiwi Country Day Camp are proud to present “Downtown Chappaqua Halloween” tomorrow, Friday, October 31st. Residents are invited to trick-or-treat at your favorite local BOO-tiques. This fun family event will feature lots of candy, a photo booth, fun characters & giveaways.
Streets will be open to traffic, so children must be accompanied by adults.
