New York State Police Conduct Underage Drinking Initiative at Several Westchester Locations
On November 29, 2015, the New York State Police at Somers conducted an Underage Drinking Initiative (UDI) at several locations in Westchester County.
Clerk at one establishment was arrested following a sale to the underage party. Nicolas Lopez, age 24 , who resides in Brewtser, NY and is employed at the Mobil, 291 Route 100 Town of Somers, was charged with a violation of the State Alcohol and Beverage Control Law.
Subject was issued an Appearance Ticket and directed to appear in the Town of Somers Court on Monday, December 7, 2052, at 5:30 p.m.
An underage operative attempted to purchase alcohol at the following locations and was denied as a result of his age.
