If you travel through Milford, CT you have probably noticed blue signs that say FOS, or F S, with an arrow, and sometimes list a number of miles, 40 mile, for example. These signs support Folks on Spokes, Bridges' signature event which encourages cyclists of all levels (and walkers, too) to participate in raising awareness and support for those on the road to recovery.
