Get Ready - Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K to Benefit Beth-El Center is just around the corner

Start training now for the Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk on October 26th to Benefit Beth-El Center

(Milford, CT, August 7, 2013)- The 2nd Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk to benefit the Beth-El Center will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2013. The Beth-El Center works to alleviate homelessness and hunger in the Milford area through its shelter, soup kitchen and support services.

The event is sponsored by the law firm of Harlow, Adams, and Friedman, P.C. and Sikorsky Credit Union.

Registration begins at 7:30 am and the race starts at 9:00am from Lisman Landing in Downtown Milford. The race route follows the back roads near Milford Harbor and Fort Trumbull Beach, ending at Lisman Landing. Post Run/Walk refreshments will be provided.

Walkers and runners are encouraged to wear Halloween costume; prizes will be awarded for best individual and team costumes. Prizes also to be awarded to the first, second and third place winners of the race by age group.
