The Milford Bank is teaming up with the Red Cross to hold a blood drive

The Red Cross Mobile Unit will be on-site at our Main Office, located at 33 Broad Street on the Green on Tuesday, September 8th from 9 am until 2 am.

There are so many benefits of donating blood!

Its the joy of saving human lives, receiving a free health check up, it reduces the risk of heart disease, it burns calories, and even reduces the risk of cancer!

Every 2 seconds someone in the US needs blood. More than 41,000 blood donations are needed every day.

Donating blood is a completely safe process. A sterile needle is used for each person and then immediately discarded.

A person has 10 pints of blood in their body and on average, the donor usually can donate up to 1 pint of blood. 1 pint of blood can save up to 3 peoples lives!

As an added bonus, everyone who donates at our blood drive on September 8th will receive a coupon via email for a free haircut at Sports Clips. There is a location right here in Milford at 1678 Boston Post Rd. The coupon expires on November 8, 2015.
