Bobette's Butternut Bisque Sales to Benefit Homeless Shelter in Milford

Bobette's Take Out is holding its annual fundraiser for the Beth-El Center. February is ‘Butternut Buddy” Month’ at Bobette’s located at 93 Boston Post Rd. in Milford. For every sale of their Butternut Bisque soup, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Beth-El Center.

"Gary and Bobette have been doing this fundraiser for many years and their support is greatly appreciated," says Toni Dolan. " The connection between Bobette's hearty soup and our mission to end hunger and homelessness is interwoven in such a special way . . . not only are their customers buying delicious, nourishing soup, but they, in turn, are providing physical, mental and spiritual nourishment to our clients."

Co-owners Bobette Moore and Gary Caulfield, who started their operation with just a hot plate, are proud of their original soup recipes including their famous mussel chowder. With over 100 varieties made from fresh, quality ingredients, Bobette’s serves up a different combination of seasonal or customer favorites daily.

All Butternut Bisque purchases at Bobette’s during February will help the needy and alleviate homelessness and hunger in Milford.  View the full menu at Bobette's Take Out by visiting  http://www.bobettes.com/.  For more information on Beth-El Center visit http://www.bethelmilford.org.
