Seaside Sprint to Benefit Caroline House

On Sunday, June 11, 2017, Trifitness of Fairfield and OSM is hosting its annual Seaside Sprint at Seaside Park, Bridgeport.

Come and join the fastest and safest triathlon course in Connecticut! The sprint distance triathlon is set on a very flat course, closed to traffic for a great start of a triathlete’s season. Perfect for beginners and seasoned athletes. We are also offering a duathlon distance to all our non swimmers athletes! A portion of the race’s proceeds will benefit Caroline House of Bridgeport. About Caroline House - Caroline House is a literacy education center located on the East Side of Bridgeport, Connecticut.
