Connecticut Wine Festival This Weekend

Looking for something to do this weekend? A short drive north sounds pretty grape!

Goshen Fairgrounds hosts the annual Connecticut Wine Festival this weekend beginning at 12 on Saturday, July 26. Event go-ers can sample locally produced specialty foods, listen to live music, browse craft vendors and more. It's all happening at the Connecticut Wine Festival. Hours are on Saturday, July 26th from 12 pm-7 pm and Sunday, July 27th from 12 pm-6 pm.

The Goshen Fairgrounds is located approximately 1/2 mile south of Goshen center on Route 63. For directions visit: http://www.goshenfair.org/directions.htm. Parking is free.

Admission includes a commemorative festival wine glass (Tasting Ticket only), tote bag, specialty food samples, entertainment and the opportunity to purchase bottles/cases of wine, food and artisan crafts. New This Year is the the GRAPE STOMP on Sunday, July 27th at 2:00 pm. Watch novices figure out how to stomp grapes!

Tickets can be purchased online or at the gate. Tasting Ticket is $30.00. A Designated Driver Ticket is $10.00

White Silo Winery. Bishop's Orchards Winery. DiGrazia Vineyards. Miranda Vineyard, Sharpe Hill Vineyard and Hopkins Vineyard.
