Summer is ending and it is time to start our monthly Cooking Classes at Villa Gourmet in Milford. The September class will be held on Sunday, Sept. 14th from 12 - 2 pm.
This month, Chefs Phil and Richard will be demonstrating, preparing and serving:
- Sandwich a Poolza
- Muffeletta
- Torta with Chorizo and Potato with Gaucamole
- Tuna Provencal
- Napoleon filled with pastry cream
The class is by reservation only and you must call the store with a credit card to reserve your space(s). We restrict the number of participants to 20 and we tend to sell out very quickly.
