Barnes & Noble Milford will celebrate local educators from Oct. 11 to Oct. 19 during Educator Appreciation Week.
Meet Jean Tashjian, author of the "My Life As A Stuntboy," "My Life As A Cartoonist," and the new "Einstein the Hamster" children's books at Barnes & Noble Milford on Tuesday, Oct. 7 at 6:30. Her book talk and signing is part of the Calf Pen Meadow and Pumpkin Delight Elementary Schools' Book Fair Fundraiser. A portion of the sales will be donated to the schools.
The public is invited.
Ms. Tashjian will discuss "My Life As A Stuntboy" and her latest release "Einstein the Hamster 2." Students in the two Milford schools recently read "Stuntboy" for their One Book, One School program.
The author's books will be available for purchase before the event and at the signing.
No registration is necessary.
