Oscar Romero is a global business development professional with an extensive multi-cultural background in corporate training and coaching. He has a proven track record in revenue generation, cost savings and talent recruitment/retention. Oscar's success can be attributed in part to his effective negotiation skills. 

Oscar holds a Master of Arts in International Management from the SIT Graduate Institute in Brattleboro, VT. His coursework focused on managing international education and training programs. Projects included designing a training program and a feasibility plan for an international exchange program.

Mr. Romero lived in Lima, Peru in the 1990's, working as an English language instructor and export professional in the fishing industry. In Peru Oscar learned to use negotiation strategies in a largely informal economy.
