Connecticut Audubon Society's Teen Summer EcoVenture

uly 15 and 16

Calling all teens! If you are 15-18 years old and are seeking adventure in the great outdoors, we have just the experience for you!

On Wednesday, July 15, and Thursday, July 16, we will be offering our first ever all-dayTeen EcoVentures. Teens will work with our expert biologists and naturalists to band birds and conduct grassland bird surveys in Pomfret and then head out onto the Connecticut River to explore beautiful Selden Island, the largest island on the river.

Come for one day or come for both! Two days for $375 or one day for $200.

The van will depart from Fairfield at 7:30 a.m. and return at 4 p.m.

Connecticut Audubon Society will provide transportation, guides, field equipment, snacks and lunch.

For more information or to register, please contact Priscilla Wood of our

EcoTravel office at pwood@ctaudubon.org  or call 860-767-0660. Registrations must be made by July 10th.
