Mayor Benjamin G. Blake in conjunction with Milford Youth and Family Services, will present the
28th Annual Mayor’s Youth Award
Thursday, May 5, 2016, 5:00pm at City Hall Auditorium.
Each year, the Mayor and Milford Youth and Family Services acknowledge youth that have performed outstanding service to improve Milford or to assist its residents. Teachers, parents, clergy and others in the community nominate youth for this award. Nominees are considered for individual awards in three age-based categories: elementary, middle, and high school. In addition, there is a fourth category to honor the accomplishments of youth groups.
Nomination forms can be obtained from Milford Youth and Family Services at 150 Gulf Street or the Mayor’s office.
The nomination deadline is Monday, April 4, 2016.
