Milford Oktoberfest planned for Saturday, September 24

28th Annual Milford Oktoberfest is Saturday, September 24, presented by Devon Rotary

The Devon Rotary Club announces the 28th Annual Milford Oktoberfest proudly sponsored by Milford Bank.

Oktoberfest will be held this year on Saturday, September 24th from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Rotary Pavilion at Fowler Field behind the Milford Public Library. Entrance fee is $10.  This popular event is a fundraiser for the Devon Rotary Club. Proceeds directly benefit the Club's activities including scholarships, grants, and charitable giving.

According to event Chair Scott Moulton, “This year’s Bier Garten will feature 15 Oktoberfest and craft beers on tap. The Bier Garten and servers are sponsored and coordinated by The Orange Ale House.  There will also be great Oktoberfest merchandise, including mugs, German hats, and Das Boot available for purchase. Visitors will have a chance to win great raffle prizes, including a big screen LCD!”

Visitors will enjoy a wide variety of foods, including German and American fare. This year’s entertainment lineup features headliner and local favorite band the Rum Runners , German Dancers, an Oom-Pah Band, and other live entertainment. Bands will be playing all day under the Rotary Pavilion. There will also be a family-friendly Family Corner’ area with lots of fun activities, such as the popular corn-hole games, and even hula-hooping.  For tickets, click here
