Milford Student's Named to Spring Dean's and President's List

Milford resident Evis Trim has achieved a perfect 4.0 grade point average at Goodwin College for the Spring 2016 session, earning a spot on the elite President's List.

The List is the highest academic honor roll at Goodwin College, a nonprofit school that believes that all students are capable of great success academically, professionally, and in their personal lives. Students like Evis exemplify the rigorous work ethic and commitment to education it takes to succeed in higher education.

Goodwin College extends its congratulations to Evis for such a tremendous academic achievement.


Jake Mastrianna of Milford, CT (06461), a Criminal Justice Management major, has achieved Dean's List for the spring 2016 semester at Nichols College in Dudley, Mass.

The Nichols College Dean's List recognizes students who have achieved high grades during a single semester. In order to be included in the Dean's List, a student must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.2 for at least 12 credit-hours and receive no grade below a C+ during the semester.

A student who earns a grade point average of 3.6 or higher is awarded Dean's High Honors.


Emily E. Fernschild of Milford (06461) has been named to the Dean's List at Western New England University for Spring semester of 2016. Fernschild is working toward a degree in Biomedical Engineering.

Students are named to the Dean's List for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.30 or higher.
