Connecticut Farm to Chef Week is September 18-24

Dozens of restaurants and other food businesses statewide will showcase Connecticut Grown ingredients and beverages on their menus during the seventh annual Farm-to-Chef Week, September 18-24.

An initiative of the Department of Agriculture, the promotion connects growers and producers of Connecticut Grown products with chefs and other culinary professionals.

It encourages chefs to use Connecticut Grown ingredients in new ways on their menus while enlightening customers about the extraordinary diversity of the state’s farm products.

The wide array of venues offer choices for every taste and budget, from casual take-out to formal multi-course meals.
