The spring turkey hunting season will run from April 27th through May 28th for both state land as well as private land. Hunting Hours are 1/2 hour prior to sunrise and close at noon. To legally hunt turkey you must have your 2016 hunting license, spring turkey hunting permit and if hunting from private land then you must have a signed landowner consent form.
The Deer/Turkey Harvest Tag must be completed immediately upon harvest.
*The Spring Turkey Junior Hunter Training Days will run from Saturday, April 16th through Saturday April 23rd (excluding Sunday).
