The Watermark at 3030 Park is pleased to announce that several of its associates were recently recognized for their outstanding work through the retirement community’s annual “Thrive Awards.” The community also received the coveted Excellence in Standards Review award.
The awards are presented to Watermark Retirement Communities employees nationwide who exemplify the company’s vision of creating extraordinary communities where people thrive.
Individual winners include Angela Douglas-Daley, Director of Nurses, who received Rookie of the Year for the outstanding contributions she has made since joining the community. Pradheep Shankar, Food Services Director, received a Breakthrough award for his incorporation of the national Thrive Dining program in The Watermark at 3030 Park’s memory care dining services. Joan King was presented with the Human Resources Director of the Year award, as well as a Breakthrough award for the emergency response program she developed for the community.
