Sunday Afternoon Talks resume at Stratford Library on April 2

The Stratford Library monthly series “Sunday Afternoon Talks” featuring prominent local guest speakers will continue in April. The talks, all coordinated by Stratford resident and Library volunteer Charles Lautier, are free and open to the public.

The schedule is as follows:

April 2: “Shakespeare: Myth and Reality” by Dr. Francis DeStefano

April 23: “Leafcutter Ants: An All Female Society Working Cooperatively Around the Clock” by Doctor Barbara Beitch

May 7: “Newspapers in the Civil War” by Professor Hamish Lutris

“Sunday Afternoon Talks” are held in the Stratford Library Lovell Room on monthly Sundays at 2 p.m.
