EPA Introduces New Graphic to Help Consumers Make Informed Choices about Insect Repellents

EPA unveiled a new graphic that will appear on insect repellent product labels. Current labeling of skin-applied insect repellent products does not allow for easily identifying the insects repelled by a product and the amount of time a product will repel insects. The graphic will show consumers how many hours a product will repel potentially harmful insects like mosquitoes and ticks when used as directed. It will appear on skin-applied insect repellent labels in early 2015. Learn more about the graphic here. http://go.usa.gov/5Y4T
