Milford Police, Larceny, Forgery and more

April 16- POLICE RECEIVED A COMPLAINT REGARDING AN EMPLOYEE THEFT THAT OCCURRED IN FEBRUARY 2015 AT CAFÉ ATLANTIQUE LOCATED AT 33 RIVER STREET. INVESTIGATION LED TO AN ARREST WARRANT BEING ISSUED FOR MURRAY WHO IS ACCUSED OF TAKING MONEY FROM THE BUSINESS WHILE HE WAS WORKING.

April 16- POLICE RECEIVED A COMPLAINT REGARDING A PERSON TRESPASSING ON THE PROPERTY OF THE WESTFIELD CONNECTICUT POST MALL. INVESTIGATION LED TO THE ARREST OF EVANS WHO WAS PREVIOUSLY BANNED FROM THE PROPERTY IN MARCH 2015. EVANS WAS UNCOOPERATIVE WITH POLICE DURING THE INVESTIGATION. 

April 16- POLICE RECEIVED A COMPLAINT REGARDING A DISTURBANCE BETWEEN COMPANIONS AT A YALE AVENUE RESIDENCE. INVESTIGATION LED TO THE ARRESTS OF MEYER AND SANZ WHO ARE ACCUSED OF ENGAGING IN A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION WITH EACH OTHER.

April 18- Police received a complaint of a theft from a room at the Hampton Inn located at 129 Plains Road. Investigation led to the arrest of Castillo who is accused of entering the room of another guest and taking his wallet.

April 19- On February 4, 2015 Milford Police received a complaint of a larceny and embezzlement of money from Walsh Construction located at 500 Bic Drive. Investigation led to a warrant being issued for Merritt who is accused of taking $32,847 by signing her supervisor’s name on company checks while employed as an office manager. She is alleged to have signed her supervisor names on company checks. 

April 20- Moore is accused of taking $1,500 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Subsequent his arrest police served a warrant charging Moore with a probation violation issued by the New London court.
