Yonkers, NY - On July 26, 2015 at 10:30 p.m., State Police responded to a one car personal injury accident on I-87 near Exit 3. The driver of the vehicle, a woman from Milford, CT was found to be intoxicated. She was released roadside by Emergency Medical personnel for a minor arm bruise. She was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown, where her blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19%. Viera was charged with:
