On June 20, 2016, Milford Police received a complaint of fraudulent cashing of checks from an elderly woman. Thorough investigation led to the arrest of Michael Monroe (W/M, 25) 282 Meadows End Road, Milford. Monroe is accused of fraudulently cashing $600 worth of personal checks from his grandmothers’ bank account between June 12, 2016 and June 17, 2016.
Monroe is charged with:
Larceny 5th
Forgery 3rd
Monroe was held on $1,000 bond.
