On July 20, 2016, Milford Police Department received a complaint that Dylan DeRosa (W/M, 25) 8 Sachem Street, Milford was in possession of a firearm. Further investigation showed DeRosa is a convicted felon, which bans him from possessing a firearm. A search warrant was executed at DeRosa’s residence, where the firearm was located and seized by police.
DeRosa is charged with the following:
Criminal Possession of a Firearm A
ltering or Removing Identification Marks on Firearm
DeRosa was held on $500,000 bond to appear in Milford Court on July 21, 2016.
