In the early morning hours on Friday, July 29, 2016, Milford Police arrested Walter Denike (W/M, 62) 949 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford. Denike was in the process of once again attempting to gain entry into a Cedarhurst Lane residence. Officers spotted Denike as he approached the home and made contact with him. Denike attempted to flee the scene but was apprehended before he could get away.
Denike is charged with:
Criminal Trespass 3rd
Interfering/ Resisting Arrest
Denike is being held on $5,000 bond to appear in Milford Court on July 29, 2016.
