Woman Arrested for Animal Cruelty by Milford PD

On July 27, 2016, Milford Police Department received a complaint of possible cruelty to animals due to a house being abandoned at 92 Mayflower Place, Milford. Investigation led to the arrest of Temisa Fossett (W/F, 45) 174 Ward Street, Naugatuck.

It was found that 5 animals had been left behind at a residence on Mayflower Place, Milford when the home was abandoned. 2 dogs were later euthanized due to poor health.

Fossett is charged with the following:

Cruelty to Animals (5 counts)

Fossett was released on a Promise to Appear in Milford Court on September 6, 2016
