The operator of a motor vehicle traveling in the wrong direction on 1-95 in Milford causing a fatal crash in April of 2016 turned himself into police on March 24.
Connecticut State Police say that through the course of the investigation troopers determined Shivam Patel of West Haven, CT was responsible this crash that killed Terell Wilson of Norwich, CT.
On 03-24-17 at approximately 1:45 p.m. Shivam Patel turned himself in at Troop G on an outstanding warrant for Manslaughter 2nd With A Motor Vehicle, Reckless Endangerment, Operating A Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence, Reckless Driving, and Driving the Wrong Way on the Highway.
