Milford Police investigate robbery at Sonic restaurant

On July 17, 2017, at approximately 8:40am, the Milford Police Department responded to Sonic restaurant, 1365 Boston Post Road, on the report of an attempted robbery.

Two male suspects entered the restaurant and one of the males placed an empty bag on the counter. The suspect told the victim to fill the bag with money. The victim then walked away from the register and the suspects left the building without any money and got into a dark colored SUV. The suspects were described as two black males both heavy set. One of the males was wearing a grey sweatshirt and grey sweat pants and a red hat. The other male was wearing a black shirt, black jeans and a red hat.
