Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Prevention Course

Taught by certified instructors, this informative course, co-hosted with the Norwalk Department of Police Services, is designed to educate women and girls on how to protect themselves and reduce their chances of becoming victims of assault and/or domestic violence. The five-week class—including lectures and physical resistance technique training—will address the prevalence of sexual assault on college campuses, and the impact drugs and alcohol have on student behavior.

The course will meet on Tuesdays from January 30 through February 27 from 6-9:00 pm. Admission is free, but registration is required for the five-week course.
