Baldanza Natural Market Cafe in New Canaan is hosting a delicious 7-course culinary feast, prepared by special guest Chef Plum on Friday, November 13th at 7pm.
Celebrated Chef Plum, who resides in Newtown, Connecticut was born in Richmond, Virginia and is a graduate from The Culinary Institute of America. Larger than life – Plum combines extensive food knowledge and skills with his outgoing, friendly and charming personality.
You may recognise Chef Plum, who has been featured on Food Network - appearing in Cutthroat Kitchen, Chopped and Guys Grocery Game to name but a few. He has also presented and cooked on CT Style, ABC’s The Taste, Ehow.com and Jamie Oliver’s Foodtube. He is currently busy filming national commercials and his podcast “Plumluvfoods Live”, has a huge following by fellow chefs, people in hospitality and foodies.
The cost for the dinner is $100 per person and booking is essential due to limited numbers. When you call, please state if you would like the meat or vegetarian option. Wine can be brought to the dinner but a corkage fee will be applied.
