Join Chef Prasad Chirnomoula at INDIA New Canaan and Tom Sobocinski, owner Black Hog Brewery for a 5-course food and beer pairing menu on Wednesday, October 12th between 7-9pm.
Start the evening off with a welcome reception of small bites to eat and beers. This will be followed by a delicious sit-down 5-course dinner with Black Hog Brewery Beers.
Tom will describe each beer you are drinking and how it will compliment the dishes you are tasting.
