According to NOAA, there is a chance of heavy rain that could produce mainly urban flooding of low lying poor drainage areas from Sunday night through Monday night.
Here's what NOAA say:
As moisture from Hurricane Nate moves northeast toward the area, it might interact with a stationary front just northwest of the local area from Sunday night through Monday morning. This could cause up to around 1 inch of rain across the local area.
As the remnants of Hurricane Nate approaches the area from Monday afternoon through Monday evening, mainly between 2 pm on Monday and 2 am on Tuesday, another round of heavy rain of around an inch is possible across the local area.
The most likely rainfall forecast varies from 1.5 to 2.25 inches.

It is still too early to know which specific areas will receive the greatest amount of rain based on forecast errors associated with the track of Nate and the position of the stationary front.
