Relay For Life will take place at New Fairfield High School (56 Gillotti Rd) this Saturday, June 3rd, with opening ceremony starting at 5pm.
This is the 10th year that Relay For Life will be taking place in New Fairfield.
"In the past 10 years we, as a community, have raised over one million dollars in the fight against cancer," New Fairfield, Susan Chapman announced on her Facebook Page.
Following the Opening Ceremony, there will be a Survivors Lap, followed by a Caregivers Lap. The Luminaria Ceremony will take place at dusk (approximately 9:15). Each Luminaria bag represents a loved one lost to cancer, brings support to those affected by it, and honors survivors.
