Studio Around the Corner, located at 67 Main Street, Suite 101, in the Village of Brewster, is presenting its first annual YOUNG ARTISTS EXHIBIT. The opening reception will be held on Friday, January 23, 7p – 9p, with additional Studio hours on Saturday, January 24, Saturday, January 31, and Sunday, February 1, from 12p – 2p.
The exhibit is open to young artists between the ages of 16 through 18.
We are currently accepting submissions in PC friendly jpg form, to be sent to our Curator, Dawn Willis, at dwillis258@gmail.com. Each artist can submit up to two pieces. Please include your name, age, email address, phone number, title of piece, dimensions, medium, and price if it is for sale, in your email.
Your emailed submissions must be received no later than January 3rd.
Due to the Studio’s ongoing programs with children, nudes will not be considered.
There is no charge for showing your work at the Studio; however, since the Cultural Arts Coalition is a non-profit organization, there will be a $10 hanging fee for each piece chosen for the exhibit.
You can put your work up for sale and no commission will be charged during this event for pieces sold.
