Easter Egg Hunt RESCHEDULED for SUNDAY March 21st

The New Fairfield Lions Club Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the New Fairfield iIddle School Gym will take place TOMORROW March 21st, starting at 11am. Due to poor weather condition of the field, it will be held indoors.

Usually organized about one – two weeks before Easter ever year, the NFLC invites New Fairfield children between the ages of 2 and 7 to an Easter Egg Hunt at no cost to participants.  The Lions cordon off areas to separate the age groups and then spread chocolate eggs for the children to collect.  In addition, each child is given a raffle ticket and Easter Baskets are raffled off for each age group.  Annual attendance averages 150- 200 children.

THIS EVENT IS TOTALLY FREE FOR CHILDREN OF OUR TOWN. This is what the Lions Club does....we give back to the community. Hope you and your kids can join us.

Also please note that due to upcoming renovations, the New Fairfield Library will NOT be holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt this year.
