Town and Education Budget Vote this Saturday, April 25th

 

New Fairfield’s Referendum Annual Town Meeting will be held on Saturday, April 25, 2015, from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Voting for both New Fairfield's 108th and 138th districts will be held at the Meeting House Hill School Gymnasium at 24 Gillotti Road.

All registered voters in the Town of New Fairfield are qualified to vote.  If you are not a registered voter, but are a citizen 18 years old or more, you can vote if you own property with value of at least $1,000 recorded on the New Fairfield Grand List as of October 2014.

Absentee Ballots are available on 4/15/15 in the Town Clerk's Office.  Ballots are available during regular Town Hall hours:

Monday - Thursday:  8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday:  8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon

Low turnout is typical of the past votes held in New Fairfield. By voting, you can make your voice heard. Simply turning out to vote speaks volumes about our involvement and care for the future of our town and our school system.
