Postage rates follow inflation, up 1.7%
Get those holiday thank you notes in the mail today because tomorrow the price of a first class stamp goes up. The United States Postal Service (USPS) receives no tax dollars for operating expenses and relies on the sale of postage, products and services to fund its operations.
