Fish Bypass Completed in Town of Seymour

DEEP today joined with U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal, U.S. Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and the Town of Seymour to celebrate completion of a $6.3 million project that has created a fish bypass channel around Tingue Dam and the Paul Pawlak, Sr. Park, named after a former First Selectman and state legislator. 

Partners and funders included NOAA, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Housatonic River Natural Resource Damage Trustee Council, DEEP and the Town of Seymour.
