Meet New Fairfield resident Diana D’Amelio, a Physican's Assistant at RMACT in Danbury

Along with five board certified Reproductive Endocrinologists, Reproductive Medicine Associates of Connecticut (RMACT), has a full-time physician assistant, Diana D’Amelio, RPA, a resident of New Fairfield.

Diana serves multiple functions at the offices of RMACT. As a clinician, she sees patients and performs physicals and procedures like endometrial biopsies, ultrasounds and saline sonograms. She also oversees the third party reproduction program, which includes donor eggs,gestational carriers and intended parents. Finally, she is the team leader in the Danbury office.

 

Diana's presence on the RMACT team elevates the team, clinically. Because of her specific training and expertise, she offers RMACT's nurses, medical assistants and patient navigators an opportunity to have another professional opinion regarding fertility patient care. Diana's warm, calm presence is always appreciated, especially given some of the ups and downs experienced infertility treatment cycles.

As a patient in the RMACT practice, a team consisting of your board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist, a specially trained fertility nurse, a patient navigator and a financial representative is put together for you. Your team extends beyond that to the talented, professional and compassionate group of medical assistants,Integrated & Fertility Wellness practitioners, surgical team (should you need them) and more. Diana received her undergraduate degree in biology from Cornell University and completed the Surgeon’s Assistant Program at Cornell University Medical College. She has practiced in the field of infertility since 1993.
