Wooster Pre-K and Kindergarten Classes Sponsor an Animal at Green Chimneys

Last month, Wooster School's Pre-K and Kindergarten classes hosted an exciting fundraiser on campus.

The students held an apple sale on Grover Lawn, for the Wooster community, to raise funds to sponsor an animal at Green Chimneys Farm in Brewster, New York. The Pre-K and Kindergarten students were responsible for selling the apples and counting change.

Thanks to everyone who supported their apple sale, to benefit Green Chimneys, our youngest learners raised just over $300.

The students are thrilled to announce that Pre-K will be sponsoring a camel and Kindergarten will be sponsoring a llama for the year at Green Chimneys! They will be teaching each other about these animals and look forward to visiting them in the spring.
