Litchfield Crossings to Host Treasure Trunk, an Antique and Collectibles Market, to Benefit the New Milford Historical Society

New Milford, CT.  Join us at the Treasure Trunk, a fun filled and eclectic market, featuring antiques, collectibles and other vintage finds.  Start perusing for your special treasure at 9am (till 4:00) at Litchfield Crossings, 169 Danbury Road, New Milford. The event is sponsored by Litchfield Crossings, New Milford’s largest shopping center, in association with Justin Krul, owner of Just In Antiques with all proceeds to benefit The New Milford Historical Society.

“We are thrilled to be hosting our first antiques and collectibles market in conjunction with our own local expert Justin Krul,” commented Kristen N. Gizzi, Executive Director of the Crossings.  “We are excited to invite shoppers and collectors to visit Litchfield Crossings for such a fun event, as well as an event that benefits the great work of the NMHS.  This is an antiquer’s dream weekend with the Treasure Trunk at the Crossings on Saturday and the The Elephant’s Trunk on Sunday.”

Added Krul, event coordinator, “ I’m very excited to be involved with the first ever Treasure Trunk.  The stretch of Route 7 in Litchfield County has historically been a part of The Connecticut Antiques trail and this event will provide a great atmosphere for the community to get together for a fun day of buying and selling.  Along with a variety of vendors selling antiques and vintage items including furniture, advertising, textiles and home décor, there will also be a section featuring some of the area’s best food trucks.”
