Grilling Safety

Grilling safety does not only mean making sure the hamburgers and chicken you have prepped does not contain any type of salmonella or Escherichia coli (E Coli which can be found in food and raw clover sprouts) but those waiting to have a piece of chicken or burger from the grill but be aware of how the grill was clean. People must place close attention that there are no wire bristles from the brushes. 

According to the CDC, In 2011 – 2012, there have been reports of cases of ingestions of wire grill cleaning bristles in the neck, stomach and lining of the intestines. 

it is important that before preparing the grill, there aren't remnants of wire bristles on the grill.
