Celebrate Frank Sinatra’s 100th Birthday with Echos of Sinatra at The Ridgefield Playhouse

The Ridgefield Playhouse and Ridgefield Magazine Broadway and Cabaret Series invite you to celebrate Frank Sinatra’s 100th Birthday on his actual birth date - Saturday, December 12 at 8 p.m. with “Echoes of Sinatra” featuring Steve Kazlauskas.

Kicking off with a Jack Daniels toast, the show is an exciting production celebrating the life of a true American icon. The Playhouse will be filled with the sounds of Sinatra’s songs “Come Fly with Me,” “Witchcraft,” “I’ve Got You Under My Skin,” “Strangers in the Night,” “It Was a Very Good Year,” “That’s Life,” “Summer Wind,” “The Lady is A Tramp” and “New York, New York” - and his favorite cocktails, Martinis, Dry Manhattans and Rob Roys, will be available at the bar! "Echoes of Sinatra" includes insider stories, while tracing his life and career through classic songs that are now considered part of the Great American Songbook.

Steve Kazlauskas was inspired to become a singer by corresponding directly with Sinatra by mail. Kazlauskas has performed throughout the country, capturing the sound, feel and expression of Sinatra while bringing his own interpretation to the music. Joining Kazlauskas on stage is the Tony T Sextet. Tony Traina has been performing across the United States since the late 1970s. He has played on "Saturday Night Live," "The Late Show with David Letterman" and Broadway as well as studio session work.

This celebration is partially underwritten by Adam Broderick Salon and Spa, Jack Daniels and Nutmeg Livery. For tickets ($35), call or visit the box office at The Ridgefield Playhouse, (203) 438-5795. The Ridgefield Playhouse is a not-for-profit performing arts center located at 80 East Ridge, parallel to Main Street, Ridgefield, CT; ridgefieldplayhouse.org.
