New Milford's Hunt Hill Farm Hosts Homemade Bread and Cheese Workshop on March 18

New Milford's Hunt Hill Farm Hosts Homemade Bread and Cheese Workshop on Sunday, March 18 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Chef Michael Yedowitz and Cheesemaker Hannah Spooner

Learn how to make the ultimate classic bread … the baguette. And what goes better with bread than cheese? Enjoy the experience of making bread by hand, and while the dough is rising, watch and learn as fresh cheese, from local cow’s milk, is made right in front of you. This is a hands-on class … you will be mixing, kneading, shaping, and scoring your own dough as you learn how to prepare the dough for baking. In addition to baguettes, you will also learn other popular shapes so when you go back to your home kitchen you will be able to shape your dough as you please.

Menu: Homemade Baguettes and Fresh Mozzarella (made from local cow’s milk
