(HARTFORD, CT) – On Friday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a bill signing ceremony on the campus of the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford to commemorate the final approval into law of legislation aimed at helping ease college debt and implementing a Student Loan Bill of Rights (Public Act 15-200 and Public Act 15-162). He will be joined at the ceremony by State Treasurer Denise L. Nappier, House Majority Leader Joe Aresimowicz, Banking Committee Co-Chair State Representative Matt Lesser, and other officials.
